We are selling our 1975 Cape Dory 25. It is a fiberglass hull with a cozy cabin capable of sleeping four people. The boat comes fully equipped and ready to sail.

We have taken good care of her, carefully winterized the engine last year (see below for engine details) and kept her as clean as possible. We completed major work on her last winter: repainted engine case, re-wired the electricity (LED lights installed), installed lights on the mast, refurbished the wood in the cockpit, installed a brand new bilge pump and a depth sounder.

We have had a lot of good times on the boat, only selling her because my co-owner and sailing partner is moving away. Below is a list of everything that is included with the boat. It is very extensive and include spare parts for many things. 

- Engine is a suzuki 6HP (user manual available). It is 3 years old, not many hours on it as we only used it to go in/out of the harbor. Carefully winterized last winter - very reliable. Engine is an outboard, encased into a engine case. Comes with maintenance products (carb cleaner, fuel stabilizer, fogging oil, etc) and a lifting handle. We also made a very home made engine stand for the winter that we would happily provide.
- 12V DC solar panel to charge battery.
- Sails: 1 main and 1 jib. Includes a spare main sail. Jib is starting to show some age but is still usable.
- Lines: complete set of lines in good condition, along with a large box of extra lines.
- Anchors: includes 2 anchors. Not sure of the weight - maybe 15-20 pounds.
- Dinghys: 1 fiberglass dinghy and 1 inflatable dinghy. Never used the inflatable- might not stay inflated. Comes with a pair of oars and oar rings. 
- Winterizing equipment: includes 5 stands, blocks of cement and wood and tarps. See picture for what the boat looked like last winter. 
- Tools and spare parts: includes every tool you might need - and more. Box full of spare hardware parts, box full of electrical spares (wires, LED lights, connectors, etc)

Many other things: fenders, folding table, hooking stick, ladder, oars, duvet, chemical toilet, etc. 

Please contact us if you are interested in seeing the boat. She will be pulled out of the water on Nov 1st, but we would be happy to take you out on her before then to show how smoothly the sails. Did many day trips and multi-day trips with her from Woods Hole to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Newport, etc. 

The Nada guide lists the boat (and only the boat) at $8,995 You can buy the boat, with everything along with it for a total price of $8,100! More pictures available on request. Price is negotiable if reasonable offer is made before winter storage.
