[All-postdocs] Year-round house for renting on Gifford St, Falmouth

Hi Postdocs and Scholars,

We are leaving our beautiful house in Falmouth by the end of Oct.  It's 
close to main street, the library and schools. And it's about a 20 
minute bike to the village campus.  We've really enjoyed living there 
and will be sad to go. The house will be available November 1st.

The details from the landlord:

Year round rental : 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom single family house available 
on November 1st. House is located near downtown Falmouth at Gifford / 
Lakeview.  Rent $1,800 monthly. Short term renew may be allowed after 
one-year lease (need to confirm with the landlord)
