[All-postdocs] Year-round house rental in Teaticket

Hi All,

We are helping our landlords find replacement tenants for a great house in
Teaticket. The house will be unfurnished and is a year-round lease! It is
3BR, 1 bath, has a great wrap-around yard with raised garden beds, a
porch/deck, and is very close to Great Pond and the walking trail. ~12
minute drive to WHOI Quisset campus along Surf Drive, and conveniently next
to Falmouth's commercial district (but still seems far away).

Rent is currently $1750, and I assume will stay around that amount for the
new tenants.

They are looking for a tenant to start in August. Get in touch with me (
