[All-postdocs] RSVP for the tiny tea!

Hey everyone,

I'm on the Workplace Climate Committee and we are co-sponsoring a Tiny Tea
focusing on implicit bias.  The last event discussed microagressions, and
was a big success.

RSVPs are coming in, but only one male has RSVP'ed so far.  We think it's
important to have all genders represented at these discussions, and the
last tea definitely benefited from pretty equal representation.  So if you
are interested, please sign up.  At the very least it's an excuse to have
some coffee and pastries and talk about something not science for a little
bit!

discussion forum at WHOI on Wednesday, May 16, at 10 a.m., in Carriage
House. The topic will be “Implicit Bias.” For background on this topic, we

you have specific examples of Implicit Bias that you would like to
privately suggest for discussion, please email wcc-chairs at whoi.edu before May
14. The entire WHOI community is invited and encouraged to attend. Tea,
