Modern, ~1,300 sq. ft. 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo. on a quiet street with a 
large communal area. Short walk to Goodwill Park and close to Shining 
Sea Bikeway; ten-minute drive to Quissett Campus. Rent includes condo. 
dues (covers landscaping, snow plowing) and town water; tenant 
responsible for utilities (natural gas, electricity, cable/internet). 
One-year lease contingent upon: references, proof of ability to pay 
rent, background and/or credit check, and deposit. Small pets 
considered. No smoking.

Rent is $1,750 per month (plus utilities); available from May 01, 2018.
