[All-postdocs] Looking for a housemate for 2BR townhouse

Hi everyone,

I have a year-round rental near Goodwill Park in Falmouth, and I'm looking
for a roommate for the second bedroom starting in September. The house is a
2br, 1.5bath two-story townhouse with plenty of basement storage,
washer/dryer, dishwasher in the kitchen, a big back yard, and a friendly
fluffy black cat. The location is super close to grocery stores (and lots
of other stores), downtown Falmouth, running trails, and the bike path, and
about a 10 min drive to WHOI. I've furnished most of the house but you'd
need your own bedroom furniture. Rent is $875/month + utilities.

I'm looking for a long-term renter - I'll be here through next summer at
least and I'd like to find someone for the whole time!
