[All-postdocs] Registration now open for Software Carpentry Workshop at WHOI on May 9-10

WHOI postdocs and JP students:

Thanks to a WHOI Technical Staff Award "Enhancing software development 
skills for better science in less time," WHOI's Ocean Informatics 
advisory group will host two Carpentries workshops in 2018. These 
popular two-day workshops are geared towards foundational software 
development, computational, and data science skills. For more

The **first workshop is scheduled for May 9-10** and will offer 
Automating tasks with the Unix shell, Building programs with Python, and 
Version control with Git: https://arthur-e.github.io/2018-05-09-WHOI/
