[All-postdocs] Year Round rental in Mashpee - avail. May 1st ($1500 all incl.)

Hi postdocs,

If anyone is looking for a place, I am moving out of my apartment on April 31st. Both my wife and I really liked the place and I would definitively personally recommend the place, if you have a car. Here are the details:

- Rent is $1,500/month. That includes EVERYTHING (power, water, AC, cable, internet, heat, trash pickup, etc… you name it!). It also includes a garage bay (great for storage and not having to shovel your car out of the snow), and a washer/dryer 
- It is a 1-bedroom, relatively spacious with a big bedroom and bathroom. I lived there with my wife and it was great! we both liked the place!
- It is located on Valley Road (02649)
- The neighborhood is great, with a private beach on a lake at the end of the road, a tennis court, hiking trails, etc…

The landlady, Sally, is super nice and I would be happy to put you in contact with her if you are interested.
