The wonderful director of my daughter’s daycare is renting out a townhouse in New Seabury (Mashpee).

2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse available year round, located on 13th hole of the New Seabury Golf Course. First, last and one month security are required for move in. Available July 1st. 

Central air throughout 
Washer and dryer hookup on first floor 
Updated appliances (fridge, stove, microwave) 
Private patio area 
One allotted parking spot, ample guest spots 
Trash pick up (May through October)
Pool available (membership not included)
