Correction! The coffee hour will be held in *McLean* 264.

In case you are not familiar with McLean, here are some instructions on how
to get there...

1. Go in the main entrance to the McLean Building and take a left (away
from the NOSAMS facility).
2. Head straight until you get to a courtyard with glass windows.
3. Make your way to the opposite side of the courtyard by following the
hallway around either right or left.
4. There will be a sign that reads "Data Library & Archives" with an arrow
hanging from the ceiling of that hallway. Go down that hallway and through
the doors labeled "Seafloor Samples Laboratory".
5. Continue straight and pass through the next set of doors (224) into the
core repository.
6. Pass straight through the core repository and through the next set of
doors. Room 264 will be the second door on your right.

Apologies for the multiple e-mails.
Ann

The coffee will be served in Clark Room 264.

To arrive at this room, you must walk through two sets of doors to the
other side of the core repository.

If you can't find it, go to the lobby by the main entrance of the Clark

Looking forward to coffee with you.

Come enjoy the wonders of WHOI's ocean sample lab and archives at this
month's postdoc coffee hour January 27th, 2017 @ 10am.

The WHOI Seafloor Samples Laboratory contains a collection of 100's of tons
of ocean sediment and rock samples, including some collected during the
earliest days of WHOI. The facility is home to ~14,000 m of sediment core
as well as samples from thousands of dredges and ALVIN dives. It's pretty
cool to see and the coffee hour will include brief tour of the facilities.

Hope to see you there!
Ann
