[All-postdocs] Room to rent - 13 Mast Road

Hey all,

Cam (WHOI JP student) and I are still looking for a housemate. 
The bedroom is already available, it’s not a big bedroom but it has its own half bathroom and it’s furnished.
The house is quiet big and fully furnished too.
We sign a lease (each tenant has his own lease) with the landlord but we have a 2-months notice to leave, which is pretty convenient. The rent is year-round except for the first 3 weeks of July.
The rent is $440 per month + utilities (gas + internet).
