available after Labor Day Weekend in early September

Nice hardwood floor, updated kitchen and bathroom, new windows and 
carpeted bedrooms, 5 minutes walking distance to Cape Cod Canal, 25-30 
minutes driving to WHOI, $1450 monthly rent (the price is probably 
negotiable with the landlord), shared laundry and drying machines, heat 
and hot water included, owned and managed by a professional rental company.

I can assure that this apartment is very suitable to a single family
