We will be moving out of our wonderful 3-4 bedroom, 2 full bath house in Hatchville (East Falmouth) and our landlord is looking for new tenants at $1650/month. Electricity is usually ~$90/month, and heat ends up being ~$1500/year.

-The house has 3 bedrooms, and a fourth smaller room that is perfect as an office or nursery.
-Two full bathrooms with tubs.
-Open and sunny kitchen and living room area with bay window.
-Wood stove
-Good size yard and deck with great sunshine.
-On quiet cul-de-sac that backs up against cranberry bogs with trails, and an easy walk to Coonamessett Pond for swimming.
-1/2 mile to Coonamessett Farm <http://www.coonamessettfarm.com/> 
-Unfinished basement with storage space
-Sunny side room with sky lights and sliding glass doors 
-Wood floors downstairs, and pristine carpet upstairs.
-Easy 15-20 minute drive to WHOI

We have lived here the entire time we’ve been at WHOI and are sad to leave. We can’t recommend it enough. I’ve attached a photo of the outside of the house here, but am happy to share other photos, show the house, and answer any questions.
