[All-postdocs] Fwd: Room in village house for let.

For anyone who is interested in taking over (let's call it what it is) 
my basement room (but with windows and a nice sunny downstairs lounge 
outside), from August - I think they are negotiable on start date.


On August 1, a room is opening up in our spacious, sun-filled house, 
which is two-stories, furnished, and less than a 10-minute walk to the 
Woods Hole village (see attached photos).

The room is located on the first story, which also consists of a private 
bathroom, large multi-purpose rec room, laundry room, and an outdoor 
shower. The second story houses the kitchen, living room, fireplace, 
deck, 2 bathrooms, and the 3 other bedrooms (2 of which are used, 1 is a 
guest room). Rent is $690/mo + utilities.

We are two scientists in our late-twenties/early-thirties who are pretty 
outdoorsy and active. We cook a fair amount and have people over to the 
house a few nights a week. The ideal person will be mature, considerate, 
and relaxed.
