We are moving at the end of July and the rental house we have will be
available.  We've enjoyed living here, so I thought I'd share this info in
case anyone is looking for a small, but nice place to move into.  Available
8/1, 12-month lease.

clean with some cabinets and shelves for storage.  Large shed in back yard
with additional storage and lawnmower.  Driveway parking for 3 cars.  Side
entry down to basement provides easy access to hang kayak and surf/paddle
boards, etc.  Easy water access and beach 400 ft down street.  Great
neighbors, quiet neighborhood, and excellent landlord.  $1300/month.
