[All-postdocs] House for rent

Hello folks,

I would like to recommend a great house available for rent on September 15th. We have been staying in the house since February and really love this place. If we are not moving to the south for another job, we would definitely rent this house as long as we can. 

The house is in a nice neighborhood near the Silver Harbor Beach and is equipped with central air conditioner, gas furnace, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The electric is included in the rental, and we only pay for the gas. Before this one, we rented a house with oil furnace in East Falmouth. I have to say that the gas cost is a lot cheaper than oil. The beach and the playground near this house also make our two-years old really happy during our stay. Following is some information of the house from my landlord Phil.
