*EARLY CAREER SCIENTIST EVENT: STARTING YOUR OWN LAB!*

If you're considering an academic position, the next step in your career 
-- starting your own lab as an assistant professor or assistant 
scientist -- can seem daunting. How much money will it cost (and how 
does that affect your start-up)? Who do you hire first, and when? What 
projects should you tackle in the first couple years?

Setting Up Your Lab*.

*12:00-1:30pm*. Cookies and beverages will be provided. We'll hear
