[All-postdocs] Room available anytime

Hi all,

I'm looking for a replacement at 24 Spring Bars Rd anytime between now 
and Jan 1. My bedroom is huge (~450 sq. ft) and includes a private full 
bath and 2 walk in closets. There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs, and 
you would be sharing the apartment with a male tech in PO and a female 
admissions officer at Falmouth Academy.

The apartment is within walking distance of grocery stores, downtown 
Falmouth, and Falmouth Heights Beach, and is a nice bike ride along the 
beach to Woods Hole. In addition to your bedroom and private bath, the 
apartment has a kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a second bath. 
There is basement storage access if you need it.

The rent for my room is $700/month, but one of the other roommates is 
interesting in trading rooms if you would prefer lower rent in exchange 
for a smaller bedroom with a shared bath. The furniture situation is 
flexible. It's a year round rental that has been occupied by JP students 
for at least as long as I've been here and the lease renews in May.
