[All-postdocs] room available in a woods hole house Jan 1, 2016

Hi all!

I'm looking for someone to replace me at 13 Mast Road starting January 1,
2016. There is 1 large bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house, shared with
two others: 1 jp student and 1 aquaculture farmer (yes he does bring home
oysters and scallops!).

The house is located less than a mile from the village, and has access to a
private beach on buzzards bay. The house has 1 full bath, and 2 private
half baths (in the other two rooms) and an outdoor shower. There is a large
kitchen, living room with fireplace and garage for storing bikes,
surfboards, etc.

Rent is $440/month, plus gas and internet (shared between roommates),
electricity is including in rent. The room can be furnished, if you want.

The landlords come back for 3 weeks during July, and you are required to
move out during that time but are allowed to store your stuff at the house
while you are gone.
