[All-postdocs] House for rent in East Falmouth

Hi Everyone,

We are moving out of our rental house in East Falmouth at the end of 
July and wanted to let people know about this place. It is a 3 bedroom, 
1 1/2 bath, with spacious living room and kitchen. It gets lots of sun 
and there is a patio out back and a raised bed in the yard. There is 
also a basement with the washer and dryer that is great for storage (and 
for the litter box if you have a cat). It is a little further from WHOI 
but we have enjoyed living there and the 15-20 min drive in (or ~30-40 
min bike) is almost all along the coast.

Our road is a "U" that intersects rt 28 on either end just across from 
Rocky's gym and a cranberry bog, and is in a pretty quiet neighborhood 
with nice neighbors. I have enjoyed being able to walk to the gym in the 
mornings and running with my dog on the trail around the bog. There is 
also access to the water from the other end of the neighborhood. The 
landlord, Don Melcher, has been great and he would like to rent to WHOI 
people again so we said we would let others know.
