Hi everyone,

I'm looking for 2 roommates with whom to share an apartment in Falmouth
starting June 1. Here are the details if you're interested:

• Address: 24 Spring Bars Road
• New construction (a few years old) on the second and third floors of a
mixed-use complex.
• 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (rent is $1850/mo)
 • Central A/C & Gas Heat
 • Kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, new appliances
 • Dining room adjacent to kitchen, open floor plan
 • Large family room
 • Washer and Dryer in unit
 • Community closet space outside apartment
 • Access to generous basement storage space
 • Walking distance to CVS, Wal-Mart, Shaw’s, Stop & Shop, and Falmouth Mall
• Large Upstairs Room with own bathroom, and two generous downstairs rooms
with share bathroom.
