[All-postdocs] 1 bedroom apartment available in September

Hey all,

The 1 bedroom apt attached to the house I live in is available Sept 1.  Use
the contact info below if you are interested. It's a great location and it
would be fun to have some fellow postdocs next door!  If you have more
questions about the house let me know.

Below is the info:

The 13 Mast Road, Woods Hole, Massachusetts apartment side of the house
will be available for rent as of September 1, 2015.  The rent will be $900
per month.  This includes electric.  It's a one bedroom, one full bathroom
apartment with parking and a washer/dryer in the garage.  The apartment is
a 10 minute walk from Woods Hole town and has private beach access within a
two minute walk.

Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed and no smoking.

We will be asking the renter to vacate the apartment for approximately two
to four weeks each summer, normally in late June to late July (during which
time, the renter would not pay rent).
