[All-postdocs] House for rent in Falmouth

Hi all,
    
   We are moving, which means that the awesome house that we have been
renting is available, starting July 1st, for a year-round rental. The house
is situated behind St. Patrick's Chuch off of Main Street in Falmouth, is
1/2 of a duplex (2 bedrooms, 1 bath, livingroom, diningroom, kitchen,
basement -W/D-, fenced in yard, sunroom, deck), and comes with a garage
(think: snow-free car in February). We have absolutely loved living here -
the house gets tons of sun, has a raised bed for gardening, and is on a
quiet street within walking distance of Surf Drive beaches and Main Street.

   Rich and Ellen McCarthy are fantastic landlords who has been super
responsive and helpful. They are hoping to continue renting to someone at
WHOI and asked that we ask around. If you are interested or have questions,

us.
