  Dear WHOI PIs,
  First of all, thank you very much for the great turn-out during
the informational sessions on January 23-24 about the new
WHOI CMIP5 community storage server. Please visit the webpage
(cmip5.whoi.edu) to check the updates reflecting many of your
suggestions during the informational sessions.

  We would like to run a quick survey on how many of you have
mentioned this new resource in your recent proposals. *Would you**
**please reply to this email if you have mentioned the WHOI
CMIP5**server/data in your proposal(s) in the past**6 months?*
It would be a very useful information in gauging how useful the
new server is for the WHOI community.

  One last update we would like to share with you is that we have
recently downloaded the monthly sea-ice concentration files for
all ensemble members and also daily precipitation and
surface air temperature files. Please check the webpage if you
are interested in those variables from the CMIP5 climate models.
