[All-postdocs] House for rent

Hi folks,

My wife and I are moving out of our place at 95 Chestnut St. in 
Teaticket and the landlord, Christopher Jordan (details below) asked me 
to mail around the advert. He's a great guy and we've loved living there:

  * 3 bedrooms, 1 bath
  * 910 sq. ft. on a 7,200 ft. lot (grass)
  * Rent is $1,250 per calendar month, available mid-Sept. onwards
  * 1st month security required up front (equivalent to two months rent)
  * 500 ft. from Great Pond with beach access at end of street
  * Forced hot air heating and AC cooling
  * All appliances included
  * Prefer _>_ one year leases

Attached are some slightly more recent photos of the place as the Google 
street view picture doesn't really do it justice (interior and exterior

Also, the yellow car in the photos - a yellow 1998 VW New Beetle - will 
also for sale by owner (me!) in the near future; email if interested,
