[All-postdocs] House for rent this fall

We will be out of town for about 3.5 months this fall and looking for a sub-lease tenant of the house. The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Sqft: 1,600) in East Falmouth (next to Falmouth Country Club). It is fully furnished with washer/dryer and dishwasher, central AC/heating. The building is energy efficient and quiet neighborhood. Tenant pays utilities (gas and electricity). The house is available from September 15 to December 31, 2014 and monthly rent is $1600. This will be a good place to stay for visitors/postdocs/students who is planning to visit WHOI for a short-period of time in this fall.
