If you are looking for a place to move in near WHOI, you should definitely consider 23 Evangeline Rd:

It's a nice house with a garden in a quiet neighborhood and you can easily bike to work. The room that is for rent is big and bright, with two large windows. You'll have beach rights to Racing Beach and two awesome house mates!!!

The house is very spacious, it also includes a guest room, a fireplace and an indoor grill.

The rent is $ 650.00 per month plus utilities.

I am looking for a person to take over my lease starting from either July 1st or August 1st or any time in between. Later would probably work as well, but I am looking for a person who intends to live in Woods Hole for at least a year, not only for the summer.
