Hi everyone -
  Paul and I are moving on in January and will be vacating our awesome, central-Falmouth apartment.  The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-unit house with direct access to the basement, where there is coin-operated laundry and plenty of storage space.  The apartment is an unfurnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit (suitable for one person or a couple), with a good-sized kitchen (dishwasher, gas range & fridge/freezer), and a large living room.  All the apartments share a large yard (which is maintained by the landlord), and there is plenty of parking.  There is a front deck, the windows are double glazed, it is clean and tidy and is very cozy.  It is conveniently located near Inn on the Square, the bus station, bike path, and Main Street. The apartment will be available on approximately January 12th and the lease is year-round with monthly rent of $930.
