Cape Cod boaters and marinas can bring their CLEAN (free of plastic strapping, ropes, vents, etc.) to any of five locations across Cape Cod from April 1 through June 30. The free program is made possible by the towns of Bourne, Chatham, Eastham, Falmouth,
