Bay Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan and will be located within the Buzzards Bay Watershed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Marion, Wareham, Middleborough, Carver, Plymouth, Bourne, Falmouth, and Gosnold. However, all projects must lie within the Buzzards Bay watershed boundary.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
