strategy in partnership with coastal municipalities and other coastal stakeholders. The strategy will delineate geographic zones of climate vulnerability, identify climate resilient development standards and best practices for coastal adaptation, and develop

priorities and include: articulation and description of the vision for a resilient coast; delineation of climate vulnerable areas or “coastal resilience districts” via analysis of available data (e.g., future flood risk, shoreline change, infrastructure, and
demographics); identification of existing tools and new approaches (policy, regulatory, statutory, funding, education, etc.) that could increase coastal resilience in climate vulnerable areas; and development of a coordinated coast-wide strategy that connects
specific approaches with climate vulnerable areas to meet coastal resilience goals. The process will also include planning and facilitation of stakeholder engagement and writing and production of a final report that includes content, data, and graphics ready
