an above-normal year with 13-20 named storms (see the </span></span><a href="https://www.noaa.gov/media-release/noaa-predicts-another-active-atlantic-hurricane-season"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk7440807"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk18488841">NOAA May
