Does anyone else need to relieve some stress?
On Saturday September 26th from 9am to 12pm you are invited to explore the many benefits of "bathing" in the forest.
Inspired by the Japanese meditation practice of Shinrin Yoku, walking mindfully in the forest, or Forest “Bathing”, encourages us to slow down and carefully observe nature with all our senses. The practice has been scientifically proven to boost immune
strength, reduce stress, and improve cognitive functioning. But beyond these physiological changes, Forest Bathing also offers us the opportunity to deepen our relationship with nature and observe in nature things that may have eluded you in life. In escaping
the rapid pace of our daily routines, we may find unparalleled beauty in the moment and in doing so, relax into the beauty all around us.
