These groups include school class trips, weekend retreats, sports camps, single day events & catered venues. Coordinator will lead and work with the CCSC team in operation of the site rental business for the company through the development and management of outdoor education program, human resource, facility management, financial, marketing, sales and strategic operations. This position will be primarily responsible for daily site management in season and supervision, administrative duties, developing outdoor education programming and assisting with the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and outreach. We are looking for someone who works well on a team, is a strong self-starter who can motivate others, takes positive initiatives and communicates well. Salary with health benefits package. Housing is an option and it is preferred to have the manager living at Camp in season. Meals are available when we have groups on property.
