Join in the fun making your own jars of something special to take home and enjoy or give as a gift. Expert instruction and all materials are provided to make 4 to 6 jars of product. The following Wednesday evening classes for adults meet from 6pm to 8pm: <b>January 16-</b>ginger orange marmalade; <b>January 23</b>-frozen raspberry cranberry jam; <b>February 6</b>-apple ginger jam or apple pear jam; <b>March 6</b>-cherry apricot jam; <b>March 20</b>-curried apricot chutney. Saturday morning classes for adults meet from 9:30am-11:30am: <b>January 26</b>-frozen raspberry cranberry jam; <b>February 2</b>-cranberry chutney; <b>February 9</b>-apple pear ginger marmalade; <b>February 23-</b>bread & butter pickle; <b>March 9</b>-cherry apricot jam; <b>March 16</b>-cranberry lemon pear jam; <b>March 30-</b>strawberry orange pineapple. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:150%'><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:150%'>Saturday afternoon classes for an adult and child working together meet from 1pm to 3pm. Children must be at least 6 years old to work in the kitchen: <b>January 26-</b>frozen raspberry cranberry jam; <b>February 2</b>-cranberry apple jam; <b>February 9</b>-apple ginger jam or apple pear jam; <b>March 9</b>-cherry apricot jam; <b>March 16</b>-cranberry lemon pear jam; <b>March 30</b>-strawberry jam or strawberry orange jam. Family jam classes are also offered during the school vacation on Thursday morning, <b>February 21 </b>from 11am to 1pm making raspberry jam and Friday morning, <b>February 22</b> from 11am to 1pm making strawberry jam.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:150%'><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:150%'>The fee per workshop is $45 for members of the Thornton W.
