Green Briar celebrates this native berry so prominent in the history of Cape Cod with cooking demonstrations in its historic Jam Kitchen using traditional cranberry recipes. A special cranberry dessert is served from 11am to 4pm for a $5 fee. The day’s activities include guided tours of a neighboring bog at 11:00am and 1:15pm and a “Frog in the Bog” story time for families at 12pm. Fees for Bog Tours are $3 per person, Story Time $2 per person.<span style='color:black'> The Cardboard & Tape Gallery from 11am to 2pm invites families to use their imaginations and see what they can create using cardboard and tape. Visit the nature center’s resident animals and stroll the grounds around the Smiling Pool…a special spot in all seasons!
