style='font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>Join in the fun in the historic Green
Briar Jam Kitchen in <st1:place w:st="on">East Sandwich</st1:place> making your
own jars of something special to take home and enjoy or give as a gift. Expert
instruction and all materials are provided to make 4 to 6 jars of product.
During January and February, the number of workshops is reduced to one Saturday
per month. On <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>January 20</span></b> from
9:30am to 11:30am, adults may make cherry apricot jam. That afternoon from
1:00pm to 3:00pm, an adult and child ages 6 and up may work together to make
apricot jam. Workshops are also scheduled on <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>February
10</span></b> at 9:30am for adults to make cranberry lemon pear jam and at
1:00pm for an adult and child to make cranberry lemon pear jam. The fee per
workshop is $35 for members of the Thornton W. Burgess Society, $45 for
non-members. The fee includes one adult and one child in the family classes.
