style='font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%'>Join a jam making class in the
historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen in <st1:place w:st="on">East Sandwich</st1:place>
and make something special to take home and enjoy. Workshops for adults are
scheduled from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on a Wednesday evening and 9:30am to 11:30am on
a Saturday morning. Family workshops, which include one adult and one child
working together, are scheduled from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on a Saturday
afternoon. Children must be six years old to participate. Coming up for
adults are <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>June 24</span></b>, rhubarb orange
jam; <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>June 28</span></b>, rhubarb orange jam; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 1</span></b>, blueberry peach jam; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 5,</span></b> blueberry peach jam; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 8</span></b>, mango chutney; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 12</span></b>, mango chutney; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 15,</span></b> plum rum jam; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 19</span></b>, plum rum jam. Family workshops
are offered on <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>June 24</span></b>, rhubarb
orange jam; <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>July 1</span></b>, blueberry
peach jam; <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>July 8</span></b> blueberry mango
jam; <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>July 15</span></b>, plum jam. The fee
per workshop is $35 for members of the Thornton W. Burgess Society, $45 for
non-members. The fee includes one adult and one child in the family classes.
All materials and instruction are provided, and participants can expect to take
