science are offered for children ages 3-12 at the <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Green</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Briar</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Nature</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType> in <st1:place w:st="on">East
Sandwich</st1:place>. Daily classes run from <b><span style='font-weight:
bold'>July 5 through August 25</span></b> and incorporate E-STEM (Environment,
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Most meet from 9:00am to Noon and
include weekly themes such as <i><span style='font-style:italic'>PBS Science,
Fact or Fable, Curious George, Build Bang Boom, Animal Adventure, Reptiles
& Amphibians, </span></i>and<i><span style='font-style:italic'> Animal
Safari</span></i>. Class locations are at Green Briar, the East Sandwich Game
Farm or <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Sandwich</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Town</st1:PlaceType> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Beach</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>
depending upon each day’s focus. Some include fun exploration by
canoe-catamaran on the Smiling Pool Pond at Green Briar or by individual canoe
for the Rangers group. Classes are divided into four age groups: Peter
Rabbit’s Friends (ages 3-4); Discoverers (ages 5-6); Explorers (ages
7-9); and Rangers (ages 10-12). Rangers are offered special afternoon and
evening sessions. Registration may be made for an entire week or by the day.
