<i>Bird News</i>, and Berklee College professor Steve Wilkes, founder of the Hear Cape Cod project, which is an effort to catalog the many sounds that make Cape Cod special before they disappear. &nbsp;WCAI's Mindy Todd will moderate the discussion. The film will
