The Woods Hole Sea Grant Program is responsible for some
preliminary steps, including determining a maximum of
three proposals that can be submitted for one of the
competitions, and gathering and submitting Letters of Intent
for the other competition. Please read the Initiative RFPs
carefully before submitting a Letter of Intent as we will be
evaluating the letters for the smaller competition as a basis
for selecting ideas that can be the basis for a maximum of
three full proposals.
