<div>The Southeastern Massachusetts Pine Barrens Alliance is sponsoring the fourth annual Pine Fest -- A Pine Barrens Multicultural Celebration In Myles Standish State Forest on May 20 this year.&nbsp; The goal of this event is raise awareness and appreciation of the region's natural and cultural resources.&nbsp; We do this by hosting nature activities and crafts, artists, music, food and cultural stations that&nbsp;are representative of the area's cultural diversity and historic land uses.&nbsp; Outdoor recreational activities and encounters with environmental professionals and conservation organizations will engage visitors in playful, experiential learning highlighting our local and globally rare ecological environment.</div>
