style='font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%'>Jam making workshops in the historic
Green Briar Jam Kitchen in East Sandwich offer a different and fun experience
during these summer days on <st1:place w:st="on">Cape Cod</st1:place>. Join in
a class and make something special to take home and enjoy or give as a gift.
Workshops for adults are scheduled on most Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm
and Saturday mornings from 9:30am to 11:30am. <b><span style='font-weight:
bold'>July 6 or July 9</span></b> make rhubarb orange jam; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 13 or July 16</span></b> choose blueberry jam or
blueberry peach jam; <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>July 20 or July 23</span></b>
choose strawberry jam or strawberry peach jam; <b><span style='font-weight:
bold'>July 27 or July 30</span></b> choose blueberry pineapple jam or blueberry
rhubarb jam. Family workshops, which include one adult and one child, are
offered on Saturday afternoons from 4pm-6pm. Children must be six years old to
participate in the following: <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>July 9</span></b>
make rhubarb orange jam; <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>July 16</span></b>
choose blueberry jam or blueberry peach jam; <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>July
23</span></b> choose strawberry jam or strawberry peach jam; <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>July 30 </span></b>choose blueberry pineapple jam or
blueberry rhubarb jam. The fee per workshop is $35 for members of the Thornton
W. Burgess Society, $45 for non-members. The fee includes one adult and one
child in the family classes. All materials and instruction are provided, and
participants can expect to take home 4 to 6 jars of finished product. Advance
