Participates as needed in Site Plan Review in order to provide feedback on wetland, storm-water issues and environmental issues. Delineates wetland boundary lines for town projects and provides expert testimony as to their accuracy at public hearings and court trials. Coordinates use and oversight of the Town's open space and conservation resources.
