for the Environment and The Center for Coastal Studies are seeking a
<span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.3">Hydrographer</span>/Marine Technician to co-lead the day-to-day operations of
near shore, shallow water acoustic surveys and contribute to ongoing scientific
studies. This person will be stationed at The Center’s <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.5">Hiebert</span> Marine Lab in
<span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.6">Provincetown</span>, Massachusetts. The Center and <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.7">UMB</span> have several acoustic
instruments including the <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.8">Edgetech</span> 4125 (600/1600 kHz), the <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.9">Teledyne</span> <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.10">Benthos</span>
C3D phase-measuring <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.11">sidescan</span> sonar (200 kHz) and the <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.12">Edgetech</span> 6105
phase-measuring <span tabindex="-1" id=":1cb.13">sidescan</span> sonar (540/1600 kHz). The Center owns and operates a
27’ customized, shallow-draft, research vessel that will be the primary survey
platform. </font></span></span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
