a question-and-answer period with <b>Brad Chase</b>, Senior Marine Fisheries Biologist at MA Division of Marine Fisheries,
<b>Abigail Franklin Archer</b>, a Marine Resource Specialist at Cape Cod Cooperative Extension,
<b>Cecil Newcomb</b>, a longtime Orleans fisherman, and WCAI’s <b>Heather Goldstone</b>, science editor and host of
