style="border-collapse:collapse;color:rgb(26,26,26);font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">Mr. Newton Tedder, MS4 Program, Region 1, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, will describe the draft MS4 Stormwater Permit which was issued in late September.<span> </span></span><span style="border-collapse:collapse;font-family:arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:rgb(26,26,26);font-size:13px">The draft MS4 permit contains important changes from the previous stormwater permit. </span><span style="color:rgb(26,26,26);font-size:13px">Resource managers and public works managers have been waiting for the issuance of this permit for several years, and this information session will provide an opportunity to ask questions. <u>In particular, </u></span></span><span
