“Putting it on the Table”, a local food series at the Cape Cod Museum of
Natural History takes a bite out of Bread! Bread may be served in
different forms at any meal of the day, eaten as a snack, and is even
used as an ingredient in other culinary preparations. CCMNH is proud to
open its 2014 local food series with Chef Philippe Rispoli, owner of PB
Boulangerie Bistro in South Wellfleet. PB Boulangerie’s bakery is famous
for its delicious breads; Batard, Cranberry, Cheese & Bacon, Olive
& Rosemary, Noix & Raisin, Multigrain, White Chocolate, Pain De
Mie, Tourte, Whole, ½, ¼, Baguette Traditional, Fromage &
Cranberry Pecan, and we are thrilled to offer our guests a tasting of PB
Boulangerie’s breads and jams.<br>
