concentration in Environmental Science, Oceanography, Marine Biology, or
a related field. A minimum of three years of teaching experience is
required, ideally at the secondary level in an independent school. The
candidate needs to be competent, confident, and creative with the use of
technology in the classroom. He or she must exhibit strong
interpersonal and organizational skills, and be willing to participate
fully in Rocky Hill School's community. The candidate should be able to
teach a range of courses, including Environmental Science,
Oceanography, Marine Biology and Biology. The candidate should be
comfortable with field research techniques and experiential education in
order to utilize the shoreline of the school's campus. Experience
teaching at the AP level
is a plus. Candidates who can contribute to Rocky Hill’s
