<p class="MsoNormal">Ice cream artisan Kirsten Buteau of Lewis Brothers Homemade Ice Cream in Provincetown will help you create a microbatch of your own ice cream with wild edibles and high-grade organic, all-natural ingredients. Forage at the sanctuary with
staff naturalist Dennis Murley, then join Kirsten in our classroom where you'll to cook and churn your ice cream. While your ice cream will take hours to set, pre-made ice cream, with similar ingredients, will be available to taste at the conclusion of the
class.<o:p></o:p></p>
